[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Bangalore / Mahalakshmi Enterprises — BOOKING OF GAS

Dear Sir,
I have booked Bharat Gas( Consumer No: 47231 ) last month about 12th April 2009 but till date i have not recd Cylinder as i am talking daily to the dealer and daily they are saying that today they will delivered gas.They are also not picking the phone also even i have to try 2/3 hours to make a call.Kindly suggest what should i do.

The phone nos 2520088, [protected], 42864646 are not working . Highly impossible to book the Gas cylinder .Pl tell us how we can do online booking.
Dear Sir,
I had booked the gas last month end and till now i havent received the gas . I had been trying to talk to agency and to inform that i would be out of town for 2 weeks and even then i couldnt get to them After coming back i am agian trying to reach them and i havent ssen any sticker on my door indicating that the gas was brought for delivery, , none of the numbers are reachable.

i am one of your consumer, put up in chinnapanahalli(doddanakundi post), blr. when ever i go and collect the cylinder we are forced to by a consumable product such as sun flower oil, wheet powder ect... if we refuse to buy we are not supplied a gas. is there any rule that a consumer should by a product.
does this happen in any other gas distributors.it happens only in bharat gas.i called up the indranagar branch to check the same even they say the company as advised to do so.

i would like to take this case to the higher level and would like to know who is the right person in bharat petrolium so i can take the genuin case legally.

people come from fare of place to collect the cylinder (some are below middle class) who bring only 340/- to buy a gas they are been refused a cylinder. what will they do ...?????

this is absolute day light robbery(marketing) by the distributors.
We are facing lot of trouble with this agency while booking the gas cylinder for refill. 1st of all according to their rule you can't book cylinder before 21days of delivery of one cylinder. Again after booking you will get delivery after 15 days. So 21+15=36 days you need to wait for one cylinder. But practically we will never get a delivery even after 36 days. We need to call them 100 times, most of time phone will be either busy or not responding. Luckily if someone pick the call you will get a response that there will be a delivery delay for at least 1 week, load is not there. It is happening every month with me and other people who have Bharat gas in our apartment. All are very frustrated with their service and rude stuffs. Planning to change the connection very soon.

Latest booking number is 18322 For this booking already delivery is due but still they are telling another 1 week it will take. Pls suggest me what should I do.
This agency(MAHALAKSHMI ENTERPRISES) is worst in Bangalore . I have been in Bangalore since last 15 years and stayed at different parts of bangalore. Unfortunately I have to deal with this agency as they cover the area where I presently reside. And I never had a good experience in last 2.5 years with them.
Either while booking, while queryiing abt the cylinder delivery or dealing with the delivery boy or go to the gas godown(in Marathalli) for collecting the cylinder

Their phones will ring ring and ring when you call, or go busy other times. Whent by sheer luch you get the call received by the booking person, you will surely have extremely unfriendly experience talking to them.

Mr balakrishna will be there in office and they will say that he will be on leave for "next 8 days" whenever you want to talk to him.

Overall, a WORST possible service that anyone can offer..

I too have booked the gas one month back and still waiting for the delivery. They never pickup the phone. I have to go their office everytime and after 5-8 visits, they would say that they it will be delivered the next day but it never happens. Again, you have to remind them and some day you will get it. It seems as if we are getting the gas at their mercy. I heard that if you are ready to pay that extra, you can get the cylinder intantly from the delivery boy. This is the style of fuctioning of MAHALAKSHMI ENTERPRISES agency.

Hope Bharat Petrolium officials take action on these issues.

It really worked when I lodged a complaint around 3-4 years ago. Mahalaxmi delivered Cylinder after making multiple followups with me and on my choosen time in late evening. :-) Should work now as well.

Some of them might have left BPCL or might have transferred to another departments but either of them should get our complaint. So send to all email ids.

My name is Harihara and have as Bharat gas connection located at Basavanagar. I have booked for refill 19th Dec...till date refill not happening. While i have called last they said it will happen in next week. Today i have called they replied that it will 4 more days. Please do needfull as early as possible.

WORST EVER SERVICE

We are a consumer of Bharath gas, unfortunately under this MAHALAKSHMI ENTERPRISES INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE, we have booked a refill, on 2nd Jan 2010. So far we have not received it.

Sir with deep regret i would like to say that ur agency gives very poor service. i had booked a cylinder 3weeks ago(consumer no:13632), till date havent recieved it. & if v call up to the specified numbers, its never attended..or they say that we'l recieve it within another 15days...if not taken appropriate measures to improve your customer relationship, vl have to change our connection..n i know many of them will stand by us.therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter n do d needful...

mahalakshmi enterprises is worst agency, even after so many complaints, how come bahrath gas still waiting
after so many complaints on Mahalakshim Enterprises, Bharat Gas agency, how come there is no action till date
Mahalakshmi enterprises' service is really very bad. They have given so many phone numbers but most of them are always switched off. And they are saying gas will be delivered in 15 days but even after a month it is not getting delivered. They are selling gas in black. In other part of Bangalore other distributors are delivering on time, only this distributor is creating hell lot of problems. Their license should be canceled.

This is the address of Central Assistant Public Information Officer for South Zone Bangalore. Under RTI they will be bound to answer your complaints so as to
1. what are the policies for taking a new cylinder
2. Whether is it mandatory to buy additional packages such as Juicer, Grinders while taking a new or 2nd connection.

Please dont hesitate but make use of RTI to dig for more info.

I visited this site to raise a compliant against Bharat Gas Distribution agency - Reshmi Gas Agency, KR Puram, Bangalore. After reading few of the already existing compliants, I am sure that there is no point in raising a compliant here, coz I really doubt if any action is being taken against the compliants raised here. If there was any action taken, then people would not be still facing such pathetic condition of Bharath Gas Booking service. I expect at least someone to pick the call for Gas booking, I am really tired of trying the following nos 28532301, 28532302, 28532308. Nobody picks your call. :(

I HAVE A GAS CONNECTION WITH MAHALAKSHMI DISTRIBUTORS IN BANGALORE, WHICH IS THE WORST GAS AGENCY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE CYLINDER IN MINIMUM 20 DAYS AFTER WE BOOK THAT AND AFTER WE GET THE CYLINDER WE CANNOT BOOK THE CYLINDER AGAIN FOR 20 DAYS SO IDEALLY WE ARE GETTIGN 50 DAYS ONCE. MOREOVER THEY DO NTO ANSWER THE CALLS, VERY WORST SERVICE, GAS BOYS DEMAND MONEY, THEY DO NOT DLEIVER THE GAS CORRECTLY, THEY NEED 50 RS EXTRA TO GIVE ON THE DAY WE GET THE GAS BILL FOR US.

THEY SELL THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK AT 800 RS, IF WE GO THEY WILL NOT GIVE US, IF WATCH MANS GO THEY WILL GIVE CYLINDERS FOR 800-850 LIKE THAT, IF WE HAVE TO TALK TO THEM IN PHONE WE NEED TO SPEND ONE WHOLE DAY TRYING CALLING THEM
