[Resolved] Bharat Gas — GAS CYLINDER SEAL & USED CYLINDERS SUPPLIED

I am consumer of Bharath gas distributor. Supplier and Agent is Thillai Gas, Membalam, Kumbakonam. Tel .[protected]. I normal family man i have single cylinder user only. If I book cylinder is coming after 15 days this is quite normal as well as after delivery customer has to take their recept to go to thillai gas office to collect Rs.30 money for the govt maniyam. Luckly I have weight machine in my room 4 to 5 months taken weight of the cylinder 2 to 4 kgs less. Then some of the official source of thillai gas said the cylinder delivered for 2 days or 1 day for hotels then close the cap as like sealed then delivered to again family guest. If ladies in the house they never weight the cylinder. So, from factory seal must be once break type is need for the customer then only this kind of mal practices shall be stoped by suppliers. I request suppliers they said simply delivery boys may be wrong. Is it proper answer. Then second additional cylinder amount is Rs.1500 only. But they charges for booking second cylinder Rs.3340 is it approved by the govt source or what? 100% fraud company thillai gas. Other gas suppliers are quite good in kumbakonam. Sir, I found in two three cylingers that the weight of blank cylinders is mentioned on cylingers on yellow colour ie. 15.6 or 15.8. wrong as mentioned after painting the Cylinders. Second thing accurate weight of blank cylinders and gross weight mentioned on your cylinders by your company but delivery boys erased it and result not readable. NOW PROBLEM HOW WE WILL DECIDE THE GROSS WEIGHT OF GAS CYLINDERS. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ON URGENT BASIS as RESULT WHEN WE HANDOVER BLANK CYLINDER TO DELIVERY BOY AFTER THE USE WE WILL FIND IT MORE THAN MENTIONED WEIGHT ON YELLOW COLOUR I.E. 15.6 OR 15.8. SIR MAY I KNOW WHO IS WRITING (AFTER PAINTING CYLINDERS) WRONG WEIGHT ON BLANK CYLINDERS. YOU CAN ALSO CHECK THE BLANK CYLINDERS MENTIONED WEIGHT AND ACTUAL WEIGHT.

Hi today when the cylinder was delivered at my place, the white seal was broken and the plastic with which it is covered had two plastics covered around the seal which seemed weird. We tried calling the Satya Sai agency/distributor based at Malad west but as always they never pick up the call. Then we called the customer care where again our call was unanswered. Hence this was Urgent we called on the emergency Gas leakage number where we were told that if the seal is broken it's not serious. If there is no leakage then you don't need to worry, he took the guarantee. But if this is true then why is it written on the cylinder "CHECK SEAL ON DELIVERY". I have taken images of the broken seal as a proof.

Also the receipt we received after delivery does not have a Delivery Date, it only has the Booking date mentioned on it. On all other receipts that we received earlier had both the dates mentioned on it.

Please make a note of this and kindly help us in replacing the cylinder.
