I am a customer of Bharat Gas. I am booking my cylinder in 18/09/2008.He wrote that the delivery of cylinder is in 25/09/2008 with home delivery.But till now the cylinder is not submit to my home. If he submit he demands for Rs.10/- extra.

I have booked my gas booking on 5 or 6th of January 2009. But till now the cylinder is not submit to my home. Since 21/01/09 while I am calling they are telling will send tomorrow, finally today i.e.24/01/09 I call to our dealer there Mr.Bhasker is speaking very careless like so what? What we have to do? When u booked? Put down the phone? Like that he is speaking. Please look into the matter.

I am customer of Mohan gas service, Alwar, Rajasthan.My account no.is 20496.since last one year delievary of cyllinder was not proper..I booked cyllinder on 11 aug 10.After so many telephonic and personal requests i am not yet get cyllinder.kindly instruct the dealer for frequent delevery of cylander in 1-2 days otherwise i have to complanet to collector of the city.Thanks

Mohan Gas Service, Alwar (Rajasthan) is a such gas agency on which there is no control of GAIL / State Govt. (Rajasthan Govt.) or any other administration. This Gas Agency is doing black marketing of Gas if no why this agency delivers the cylinders on time. there is a more and more delay after many telephonic booking and personal visits. I myself doing central govt. job in delhi and my OLD PARENTS are living in Alwar (Rajasthan) they are so much irritated and harassed for this delay in receiving cylinders. Competent Authority i.e. State Govt. or GAIL may take strict action against Owner for this illegal / unlawful nature of Mohan Gas Service.
