I have taken new connection from Bharat Gas Dealer in Vijayawada, Bhavanipuram, 45 days back.
In fact I am very happy to be a customer family of Bharat gas.
At the time of taking the connection, I was paid 5000 rupees and along with the cylinder, gas stove Bajaj has been provided.
For last 30 days, regularly problems are observed with the Gas stove i.e., Gas Leakage, No required output, one burner not at all working.
This is all creating impact on prestigious company like Bharat Gas.
I have given complaint to the distributor, but they mentioned the worker who will soleve the problem like the gas leakages s on leave for last few days.
Do you feel is it the reason to customer ? especially for a sensitive issue like Gas leakages.
Kindly do me a favour either by solving the problem, or simply change the gas stove, because it is under guarnatee.

My problem is the sdistributers is asking us to produce ration card for further supply of gas cylinders.Due to my frequent transfers I could not get the ration card.I some how produced a certificate of address proof obtained fron revenue authorities and produced to the agency.Due to tremendous work pressure I could not follow up with the govt offcials to get my ration card.
I would like to ask whether production of ration card is so essential for people like me who are customers of Bharat Gas for more than 25 years.Please let me have a reply.
