[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Clarity on second cylinder

I had approached the Bharat Gas distributor , BANGARU SAI Agencies, Kukatpally, Dist Ranga Reddy Hyderabad,for a second cylinder for 4 times, every time I go to them they say come after one week. Today when I again approached they are mentioning that I need to contact them after on month. I have been wasting my precious time unnecessarily in this process. This is really disgusting. Would appreciate if I am given a proper status as to when I can expect the second cylinder. The worst part is the distributor and staff is not ready to talk for more than a minute and not even note down my request. They need to be taught the basics of customer relations.
