[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Complain of Gajraula gas service for supply of cooking gas cylinder

Gajraula gas service delivery is very poor. After booking of gas, they deliver after 10-15 days after given several reminders by phone or personally. However, it should deliver within 24 hrs.I have given several complains but no action was taken by agency.They book the gas after 21 days after receiving the previous order and 15 days more for delivery. How a consumer used a gas cylinder 35 to 40 days.Please ensure the proper delivery. Delivery persons are provided the gas to out side agencies with additional cost immediately.Black marketing is on top rather than actual consumer supply. Please do the needful.

dear Sir,
Gas agency the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer. Because in this time in gujarat marraje seosion. he is supply for more amount paid peoples (marraje party). The supply date of book is not correct. my cylinder gas is finished, ( one cylinder ) i am about the booking on 01.02.2012. agency people said delivery in today afternoon, but daily morning that is i am call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone . they are regurarly irresponsible for the customer to give the service that iam complaint wih you regarding to this letter please take necessasory action the negligence of the customer.in this agency lotoff people are take very dificalty

I have a Bharat Gas connection bearing the consumer at bareja. The gas cylinder is being supplied from Yogi Gas Agency, Bareja, Ahmedabad .Bharat Gas dealer from Bareja, Ahmedabad. The dealer is not willing to supply the gas cylinders by door delivery to lotof connection holder. due to in this time he making black to marraje party .we the residents of Bareja l having Bharat gas connection are facing problems every time when we book the cylinder. Please look in to the matter and direct the concerned authorities to establish/open a dealer in Bareja, ahmedabad.which has a large number of Bharat Gas consumers.

My name is Satya Pal Bansal, employee of Insilco Limited Gajraula. My consumer No. is 59149902. I obtained refill in December, 2015. My connection is getting blocked again and again for no fault of mine. I have handed over KYC to Mr Chaman on 15.3.2016. Please ensure that connection is unblocked at the earliest.
