[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Pune — Problem in converting single cylinder connection to double

I am a Pune India customer of Bharat Gas.
Initially I have taken single Gas connection of Bhart Gas.
But after marriage it very difficult to manage with single connection so I tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service .
But from last 1.5 year there is no such facility in our agency.

Due to this I am facing lost of troble . I am panning to take new single cylinder connection from HP . it having very good reputation in Pune.

Hi I am Dhiraj from Pune and I am facing the same issue in converting single cylinder into double.
I am consumer (No-19676) of SHREE MARUTI GAS SERVICE TINGRE NAGAR PUNE and I am having single cylinder from 2007 and there is no positive response till now for converting into double.Please suggest.

I am Narauttam Das ( consumer no 17436) and I am also facing the same problem. I have applied for the second connection on 19-June-2008 (#1449) and till now haven't got yet. Whenever I go there to enquire, the lady sitting over the counter talks in a very rude language. They say that they company stopped giving new connections. I have check with other distributors in the nearby area and found that they are providing new conections.

Please suggest.

I am Santosh Sheelvant, (consumer no:30548)having a gas connection of Bharat Gas (Puspam Gas Agency, Bibwewadi).The problem is this agency always deleviers refill after 8 to 10 days whereas the same gas(Bharat gas distribuitors in city give refilll withing 2 days after booking .(cyclinder refill in city area is refilled within 2 days) & after telling 8 days cyclinder is delivered to 2 to 3 days afterwards.

The ladies at the Pusphpam gas counters are very rude & arrogant & have the attitude that the consumer residing in that area cannot do anthing to them .

Please help all the consumers who are having gas connection with PUSPAM GAS AGENCY & who can get reffill within 2 days

I am Mahadeo Kandhare, (consumer no:29840)having a gas connection of Bharat Gas (Gauri Shankar Gas Agency, Karve Road).The problem is this agency always deleviers refill after 10 to 20 days whereas the same gas(Bharat gas distribuitors in city give refilll withing 2 days after booking .(cyclinder refill in city area is refilled within 2 days) and from same agency some people get reffiled cyclender with in 2 days, I dont no how did they get it? by giving extra money or enything else?

The ladies at the Gauri Shankar gas counters & phone are very rude & arrogant.

I am consumer (No-18337) of SHREE MARUTI GAS SERVICE TINGRE NAGAR PUNE and I am having single cylinder from llast 2.5 yeras.I had done the booking for second cylinder 2.5 yeras back but there is no positive response till now for converting into double.Please suggest. The ladies seating on the booking counter are very rude and arrogant.

The dealer does not have any fix place to distribute the cylinders . he does the same on the main road.No proper godown for the dealer.

Bharat Gas Pune — charging consumer more than what he is supposed to pay

If you are reading this complaint, i want you to take an action against this complaint as well...
basically i am a resident of pune and located in kalewadi pimpri pune 411017....
bharat gas we are consumers of LPG gas .....every thing i ask him and the delivery boy gives the same answer that the price is different and he literally charge all of the customers INR 350 instead of INR 318.00.....i think think this is ridicules....is it because bharat gas is paying their employees salary good enough......or the managemnet is allowing to charge cust the higher amount......i am talking on behalf of every one in my locality......guys you all need to put this things in action...simply if we calculate .....that delivery boy delivers 25 gas cylinders every day he ll be earning flat 25*30= 750 INR.....been an MNC employee i dont earn so much .....guys we need to stop this ...
i hope their will be some movement .

even i am facing the same issue as srinivasan, there is one more thing i would like to add to this, they had asked me to write my details in a note book and i was told that some one will get in touch as and when your number comes, 2 days before i asked them to show me the book i had put in my details for 2nd cylinder, they say they dont have it with them, i wonder they would ever give us a second cylinder, as there is no centrilised way of maintaing consumer request,

I am Sudhir.I am also facing the same problem for last few months.I have made booking for the new gas connection at Bharat gas agency on Lane no.6, Adarsh colony, Tingarenagar. in March 2009.Since then whenever I go for the enquiry the Lady sitting on the counter says new connections are stopped .If asked when the new connections will be given, the lady says' can not say' and you will get a call from the agency whenever connections start.At the time of booking I was told connection will be given in 8-10 days.Now it has been more than 7 months.When asked for the waiting No. the lady says they dont have record.I can not believe that they dont have record of the bookings for new connection.Attitude and behaviour of that lady is very rude and non co operative.
sab chor hai, if you give more money anything can happen, if we go the right way we have to live with only one cylinder, still there are people with more that than two cylinders and some with no cylinder, it is also understood that they spend 500rs for one cylinder and they give us on subsidised rate of 325 per cylinder, how dose it benefit anyway, the prices of vegetables and groceries are going rocket high so will we stop eating, same way why that bloody subsidy, i would say charge 550 and make profit out of it but please dont say that come after one year of an extra cylinder, please stop givin that bull .

Agency do not book the gas before 21 days of delivery. I would like to know is there any rule that BP has laid down so.If so company should declare in media so all the people can be aware of it. Pl help to resolve the issue.Thanks

I am Sriniwas Tiwari, having consumer no 17393 of Bharat Gas (Shree Maruti Gas Agency) Tingre Nagar. I had booked my cylinder on 24th Aug. 2011 & till today has not got the delivery. Agency do not book the gas before 21 days of delivery. Also the numbers are busy, or out of coverage area, phone rings but no one picks it up. I'm trying to speak to them since last one week. I am Ravindra Abhyankar having consumer no 5190 of Rajaram Gas Agency Katraj/Dhankavdi. I had booked my cylinder on 20august 2011 till today has not got the delivery. After each visit the person from gas agency told that it will deliver within two days. I got this answers 2 times when i visited the office personaly. Today when I phone them, the lady from the office told me that the gas refill has been delivered on 26 august 2011 itself. It's rude shock to me as i visited the office of the Rajaram gas Agency 2 times between 5 sep to 18 sep and they never told me that my gas cylinder has been delivered to me ( actually they didn't deliver the cylinder to me) . Its cryctal clear fact that the said delivery of cylinder not reached to me, instead they have given to others, this is a misuse and fraud and cheating from the said gas agency. and when I again personally went to office of that agency they rudely told me to change the agency if I am not satisfied with the service. Its clear case of black marketing and hoarding especially in the fesival seasons and deprive the my right .Also they do not book the gas before 21 days of delivery. I would like to know is there any rule that BP has laid down so.If so company should declare in media so all the people can be aware of it. Pl help to resolve the issue.Thanks
I am Bhupendra Malviya with consumer no. 52783609 and connection from SHREE MARUTI GAS SERVICE TINGRE NAGAR PUNE. I have placed order to refill the cylinder 15 days back and still did not receive the cylinder. When enquired about this the lady told that they have stopped delivery in Dighi area...could you please tell what does that mean??? also I called her couple of time in these 2 weeks to know when they will start the delivery in Dighi area and every time she said that they will take around 15 days to deliver from now or else collect the cylinder yourself.
What should I do so that they deliver the cylinder as stated in the policy of bharat gas...they merely wants to avoid there headache of delivery.

All the time the phone is busy. If luckly phone ring rings they will disconnect the call.
If you are luckey the ladies will talk with you like they are doing a favour on you.

Very frustating service by this agency.
I had applied for double cylinder gas connection from last 8 months. and they say that they do not provide double connection yet. It will take 2 more months. Very frustrating.

I am thinking of taking HP service which is very good in Somnath nagar area.
I am Pankaj Andraskar with consumer no. 11397 and connection from TEJSWINI GAS SERVICE, SINHGAD ROAD PUNE. I am staying at SUN CITY, SINHGAD ROAD, PUNE.
I have placed order to refill the cylinder on 23 rd of July and still not receive the cylinder. Delivery Boys (Name-Devi singh and Shinde) say everytime-"Khali taki gheven ya" where Place to distribute or "2-3 divasani Milel'. They not deliver the cylinder at home. If you pay extra money to delivery boys then only people get the cylinder.
Its clear case of black marketing and hoarding all 367 days not only in the festival seasons.
BHARAT GAS SERVICE in PUNE is a Totally .
I am Anuradha Kodilkar consumer 43124 at gaurishankar gas agency, last 2 months I have experienced
that my cylinder is getting over quite early, there is no excess cooking or usage of gas.So i would like to check the weight of cylinder at the time of delivery, but the agency people are not co operating, It is our right to check the same.Who to approach?Please help.

i booked for refill cylinder order no[protected] but with out my notice it was cancelled iwant to know proper reason how they they cancled with out any notice to me
