[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Service, Haily Mandi — about cylinder delivery

I want to complain against the Bharat Gas Service, Haily Mandi.
I have already booked a cylinder (Refill) for home delivery by phone
on 29/01/2012 but unfortunately i have not received the cylinder (refill) till now and that too by making many
calls even after booking but no any response

Sir, please take suitable action against Bharat Gas Service for his poor service.We will be very thankful to you in future for your this special activity.

Sir,
I had booked my LPG cylinder of Bharat gas from Bharat Gas Service, Haily Mandi, Tehsil- Pataudi, Disst. Gurgaon (HR) on dated 23.02.2016 (Consumer No. 2834 Named Yashpal Singh), but till today(03.03.2016) I have not received any cylinder from agency. I had many times contacted to concerned agency but they are delaying me. this happens everytime inspite of booking they use to refuse that your cylinder is not booked.. If it will not delivered in time than I have to go to Consumer Court/ RTI.
