[Resolved] Bharat Gas Shiv Shakti Gas Service — late delivery | |||
Sir/madam, We the consumer of Bharat Gas LPG office Shiv shakti gas services, Indira Vihar, my consumer no is : mv15352 & contact: [protected] we suffering with great problems. i had booked my gas on the dated 03-May-2011 with reference no 8698568. its going complete more than 20 days but till date (24-May 2011) my gas is not delivered at my address. My connection no is mv15352. Whenever I call for booking, they don’t pick up the phone, Sometimes it has happened that they picked up the phone and put the receiver aside. After that i book my gas by SMS service and the booking no is 8698568, but they always deliver the gas late by one month. I have faced many problems to get the gas. This time also I have booked my gas on 03-May-2011 but even after many calls and requests they have not delivered till now (24-may-2011). I have complained so many times but there is no response. Like me many are the sufferers. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible. I will grateful to you. i have complained many times but they are ignoring my complaint, they never pick phone for booking and use only one number,area officer is not checking properly and ignoring our complain please take necessary step against the gas agency as well area officer who is responsible for all poor service, i think he never check the record of the agency and they are giving poor service, please take necessary step
