Bharat Gas, SPL - Badal Gas - Delay in the delivery of cylinder

I Himansu sekhar Rath,son of sandhyarani Rath who is a consumer of Bharat LPG, bearing consumer. No. 20603 of Badal gas agency Berhampur,Odisha.
Sir think is that since last 5 to 6 month we are not receiving our cylinder on time,they always delayed it for 5 to 10 days & this time it is too much...when they tell us,they will send the gas after 20 days,when we are asking them the reason they are not responding us & misbehaving us...the address of the agency is.....
Sir please do the needful as we are suffering a lot & feeling help less...
