[Resolved]  Bharat Petrol Pump — Misbehaviour and thretening By Bharat Petrol Pump Staff at Indirapuram Petrol Pump

I am Pranay and I stay at Indirapuram where I always go to the Bharat Petrol Pump near aditya Mega mall -Indirapuram -Ghaziabad for .
On 7th feb 2010 i went to take petrol in my car.after taking the fuel i requested for them to get the tyre air pressure checked.they asked to to park the car little away from the air pressure machine , and after sometime they again asked me to park the car at a different location. When I askedd them why they are again and again asking me to shift here and there ,one of the employee "Rahul" abused me and told me to go away as they dont have time to check the air pressure. when I again insisted and asked to just provide me the complaint register, they told me that tey dont bother about the complaint register and told me that 1000 of complaints are entered but nothing is done, I again requested to provide me the complaint register on which they started to threten us, One of my relative came out of My Car who too was theretened to get inside , 6 of the fuel pump staff including the security guard surrounded us and pushed us, I had just thought of calling the police ,meanwhile the owner of the Petrol Pump Col. Raj Verma came at the right moment and protected us from getting hurt.
the whole matter was explained to Col Raj Verma .
I wanted to lodge an FIR but could not as I was going for an important work.
Please take appropriate action , so this does not happen again with any innocent customer. The Indirapuram Bharat Filling station (Petrol Pump) has a group of anti-social elements who are working Bharat Petrol Pump.
Who speaks themselves that they dont care about the job.
