[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Gas — not providing 2nd cylinder

B P Gas — For Double Cylinder

I am Using Bharath gas from 2004 in single cylinder, every refilling time one week i have to wait for that and every time i am asking when "double cylinder" B P gas is giving. but this distributer in tell every time next month next month. so please give me reply what step i have to take

Bharat Gas — Not Provide Second cylinder

I am a Pune India customer of Bharat Gas.
Initially I have taken single Gas connection of Bhart Gas.
But now difficult to manage with single connection so I tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service .
But from last 3 year there is no such facility in our agency.

Due to this I am facing lost of troble .

i have taken a gas connection of single cylinder on the name of my father in july 2009 from bharat petroleum gas National gas agency camery Road hissar-125001 . i am requesting that agency to issue 2nd cylinder since 2010 but the agency is denying to make it double cylinder on the pretext that it is the policy of government . Sir i want to know the fact and when can i get this. sir . we are facing a big problem becauseof having single cylinder. kindly reply me on my email.
