[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Uttaranchal — Broadband connection not working

Dear Sir,
I have a broadband connection in my telephone number[protected] wef 040609, the details of which are given hereunder:-
PPPOE username:-lm[protected]@bsnl.in
E-mail username:-lm[protected]@bsnl.in
Portal ID:-lal[protected]

I suspect that someone has done a very clever mischief in order to receive some gratification from me that my above broadband connection is not working. May be my password has been reset without my knowledge resulting into unsuccessful login in any of the web sites which I try for login. Sir, it is not possible for me to take obligation repeatedly for smooth working of my broadband connection.

Please take up the matter with the concerned authorities for stopping recurrence of such problem.
