[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — poor services

I face very poor response from Mahalakshmi Enterprises (Bharath Gas Distributors )No-2153, 2nd cross, 17th Main HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore[protected]tel no:[protected], 25274252,[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. on 22-01-08 I booked for refill through on line booking facility and got waiting list No-17. despite 16 days lapsed no refil is delivered till date. on personal visit to the distributor with complaint they behave rudely. Furthermore, it was observed that on delivery of the refill the date of the delivery on the delivery receipt always found with a prior date mentioned where as the physical delivery of the refill is being done on a later date i.e the bill date for bill No-34871- consisting date - as[protected] where as the refill was delevered physically on 30-11-07. this is regular feature. with 7 family members each LPG refil last for 20-22 days only in my case and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me. I request that the Bharath Gas authorities look into the matter and do the needful and advice some means to get the refill at least within 25 days please. Further, to my surprise on checking the company website i.e. www.ebharatgas.com I noticed that the website does not contain complaint page / option incorporated in it. Neither the FAQs nor the customer services page contain any complaint making proceadure / option. It appears that they ignored it deiberately if I am not wrong. Hoping for an early solution.

Please check for the details of my each month bookings and delivered dates, each time the cylinder is delayed for delivering and also I need to drop into your distributor office then the cylinder is delivered then why should I book the cylinder through a call and check for delivering again does it have any meaning of wasting my time and money behind calls even after the delivering boy's Demand for extra money of 22-00 Rupees is 5 or 10 Rupees not enough or its a collection collected by the delivering boy's purposefully for the sake of the office pls check for the details and do the needful.

Dear sir,
I have been transfered on my job from Adilabad to Nizamabad. in this connection I made my LPG connection transfered to Nizambad by taking Termination Voucher(TV058) from Adilabad Gas Agency, Adilabad on 5/9/2008.
Now the problem is that the Agencies at Nizamabad town are not considering the same, and issuing a connection to me at this place. For the last two months I'm facing lot of inconvienence due to this delay.
So, please persue and speed up to issue me transfered connection immediately.

Every time travelling 25 kms we have to personal visit to the distributor for booking when we ask about not picking phone they say after 5 p.m we will not attend and sometime lunch time and we can notice in front o[censored]s if phone is ringing they don't bother to respone. Furthermore, it was observed that on delivery of the refill they demand more than bill amount by Rs. 15/- to 20/- without giving bill if we demand bill they say we have forgotten. this is regular feature. with 7 family members each LPG refil last for 20-22 days only in my case and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me. Their license should be withheld, MUTIPLE instances of negligence.Cylinders sold by the delivery guys in black.Even though i am having double cyclinder end up with out gas for days.Their phone lines are are buzy for ages, even if on some blue moon day you get through the executives are highly rude and dont have an iota of customer service.Its high time something been done.Even in 21th century its hard to believe people with such attitude/negligence are being allowed to run any kind of business.Strong action needs to taken.I need to move out of Bharath Gas and its affiliates.

i am the customer of bharathgas for past 9 years.In this 9years the first 4 years i was not having any problem but nowadays the person who delivers the gas is asking money to deliver the gas this is not happening not only to us but to each and every one.If he is asking the money with one who has then no problem but if the person is not having then.As a customer we need an immediate response to this problem so i kindly request you to take the necessary action for this problem.Hoping a best result for this problem.
The number lines are always in busy mode at any point of time from morning till evening and the attitude towards the customer is very bad even to give the booking no they simply cut the call saying 20 days and even the delivery boy takes the advantage of this situation by selling the cylinders at higher price for the demanded people with single cylinders.They need to work out on this situation as many people in this area are being looted with this agency.
we are the consumer of bharath gas since last 15years.Our distributers are mahalakshmienterprises, H.A.L2nd stage bangalore.From Last one year their service is poor, worst, untolerable.All other gas agencies delivery the refill cylender within a week from booking.But this worst distributer never gives us the cylinder before one month if we order for it.they have the worst service that we have to remember them to send it to us.

Please take some action against them.other wise you will lost costemer aswellas reputation of your company.
I agree with all of them, i have never faced so many problems and bad serive with any other sector or agency. They never never pick up their phone. I tried for continously 3 days, when i got through some staff over there and literally she was so rude and bad that i gave up the idea of taking the refilling from them . They are the worst staff and agency i have come cross in my life...
