Big Bazaar — Damaged Goods | |||
A SLR Davis Slider Bed was purchased from Big Bazaar Kachiguda on 10.03.2012 for Rs 15999 and delivered to us on 23.03.2012. The mattress supplied along with the bed was found to be damaged and the same was reported to the Manager (Furniture Section) Mr. Ravi Shanker immediately on receipt. It was promised to us that the mattress would be exchanges which has not happened yet inspire of repeated calls and requests. It is therefore, requested to the higher authorities of Big Bazaar to see that the damaged mattress is replaced at the earliest. Thank you! Was this information helpful? | |||
