deduction of money but not given any confirmation as well as ticket online

hello ...i have done an online booking today 13 july 2012 through net i have purchase 2 tickets of 230 including convinience charges also...from big cinemas ...then balance also get deducted but not given any confirmation as well as ticket on mail or stoped further procedure...plssss sugest me somke ideas to get this amount back....
