Dear sir,
it is surprising to know that such a huge company like Reliance Big TV is closing the complaints without verifying from the costomer anyway i want to submit my case details are as under
1. My Smart card no. is[protected]
2. My TV is not working feom last 10 days
3. I have made a complaint on 20/21 june 09 complaint no. is[protected] and it remains un attende by local service center.
4. I have made another call to your costomer care no [protected] on 24. it was informed by your representative that my complaint has been closed and they dont have any rule to verify from the customer about the complaint, whether solved or not ? So i made another complaint and No, is[protected] on dated 24 june 09.
5. Local representative stated his name as Mr. Sabir came to my home on same day and informed that the location of installion of disc is not proper because he cant plug the cable. And if hewil relocate it it will charge Rs. 750/-. Same time i called to your customer care no. and your representative also talked to local representative Mr. Sabir and said that it is fault of initial installation so you do it without charges.
6. I talked to his boss reported Name is Rakesh Gupta and Mob No. is[protected] he said he will send another person Mr. Bhawar Singh. But no one came.
7. Today i called again to c care and talked to Mr. Vipul and he stated that complaint has been closed becaused i have not provied leaders to service engineer.
Sir, Dsc was installed at the top of house near water thak wher two other discs of TATA and BSNL already installed. But the location of this Big Tv disc was on side wall so no one in this univers has 30 feet laders in the home or repair. and why require this time because we are everyday going up on water tank. Also installed comfortably during first installation.
Please start my BIG TV at the earliest.
