[Resolved]  BIG TV — complaints for not showing peace tv

BIG TV — CHANNEL NOT SHOWN

I BOUGHT BIG TV ON 6 NOV 08. AS PER WEBSITE AND THE SIDTRIBUTORS THE 3990 SMART PACK HAD NDTV CHANNELS INCLUSIVE IN IT. AFTER 15 DAYS THE CHANNELS ARE DISPAPPEARED FROM MY BIG TV. CONTACTED THE CALL CENTER, BUT THEY SAY I HAVE TO BUY THE TOP UP. MY COMPLAINT IS WHEN I PURCHASED, THE OFFER WAS HAVING THESE CHANNELS. WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHERE SHOULD I GO.
THIS CHEATING HAS TO BE STOPPED SOMEWHERE. PLEASE HELP.

Yes I had also made a complain regarding the same as why peace tv is not being broadcas.
