I have purchased 3 nos.of cash card of Rs.100 total of Rs.300,when i am going for recharge through mobile their is only one card is active and rest two is temporarily inactive the serial no. of the cards [protected] & [protected],after talking with Big Tv customer care they replied that I have to wait for further 24 hour to recharge or buy new cards again,my question is
Why do I buy new cards to restore the connection ? or why do I wait for 24 hours to recharge?
Who is responsible for this inconveneyence?
