Ref: ID :[protected] BIG TV Pls refer your complaint id no: 75614018 dtd 11/09/08 at 06:45 am, after making useless 16 calls to your customer care, iam forced to write this mail to you. Onam, one of the biggest celebration in kerala, the best of the best television programmes, you deactivated on the same day and till date you are not taken any action to reactivate my transmission, I reminded your customer care several times and they given me reply that engineer comes to you at the earliest. Your unprofessional business deal restricted the good times of my children and my family. After taken your one year fee from me and why you deactivated my transmission? Why you are not rectifying my transmission? Why you disconnected Big Tv exact on the onam days? Now am very much excited to see when and how you are going to pay my losses made by your irresponsible attitude.
