BIG TV — Installation not done yet -more than 10 days-pathetic customer service

We are extremely dissatisfied with BIG tv, advert says installation in 72 hrs but not yet we purchased Oct 18.
Customer service says...sorry we will follow up..we are not authorised to give any details.

Customer agents by name Mohan & Usha sound like robots with same response...extremely irritating
