smartcard no.[protected] complain no.[protected]. maine 3 may2011 ko customer care mai complain kiya tha .3 may ko apke engineer nahi aye aur mere a/c se 250 rs kat liya gaya.engineer 4may ko aye.koi alag se parts nahi lagaya gaya to phir 175 rs ke badle 250 rs kyo kat liya gaya.mere 75 rs mujhe vapus kiya jay. dusari bat ki apke engineers itni jaldi mai tha ki kuch channels ruk ruk ke aa raha hai lekin bina thik kiye chle gaye aur kaha ki cc m bat kar k channels ko refresh karwa le. EK TO MERI SAMASYA THIK NAHI HUI DUSARI MERE A/C SE 75 RS ADHIK KAT LIYA GAYA .jald se jald meri samasya thik kiya jaye nahi to m customer forum mai apni complain darj karwa dunga.
