BIG TV — Stealing Money from my account-every time

My name : Shaik Elyas I have 3Big TV connections in my name whose smart card numbers are 1. Parent connection[protected] and child connection numbers are :[protected] and the other :[protected].......On 17th April 2011 at around 8.30 PM my TV screen displayed that I must charge my a/c with Rs411/-and my services were suspended.When I inquired on their toll free number they told me that my remaining balance is Rs36/- . I charged my a/c immediately with Rs425/- ONLINE using mt HDFC debit card. After a few minutes my service was resumed....i was happy

On 6th May 2011 around 08.30 PM my services were suspended.I called toll free number spoke to INNUMERABLE number of people (I have the record of names (may be fake) and the time when I spoke etc etc..)
Finally @3.45Pm on 7th MAY when I spoke to one Mr Shariff (of retention department) I was told that there are some wrong deductions and he promised to set it right and gave me a service complaint Number as[protected] and also promised to resume my service within 10/15 mnts.
Though I did not get my service resumed within 10/15 mnts as promised by him,it was resumed at 6.55Pm. This happened after speaking to Praveen (5.15PM);some x (6.22PM)and Rubina (6.28PM)
On 9th May 2011 around 12.30PM my service got suspended once again,I spoke to Dhanya @1.30PM & I narrated the entire story (which I have to do patiently every time I call them......disgusting . V disgusting). She transfered my call to Chandra Mohan around (1.42PM) of retention department who told me (of course after narrating entire story once again) that there is a wrong deduction of 149/- from my a/cAnd promised to set it right and also gave me another service complaint number viz[protected].
In the mean time I had received a msg on my registered mobile [protected] saying that my case has been resolved to my satisfaction and to astonishment I received a call from Mumbai service center of Big Tv (tel No : [protected] asking me to give my feed back on their service. She (person who called) gave me 5 options and I chose the 5th option which was "extremely dissatisfied" Also told her that my service is under suspension at the moment.
I once again called toll free nuber and spoke to a lady @4.50PM who refused to identify (however I requested) and she was responding so irresponsibly,I requested her to transfer my call to either retention department or some other person. After struggling at least for 25/30 mnts she finally transfered my call to one who identified himself as Rajesh who wanted to avoid me saying that his system is slow. After talking to him for more than 20 mnts I found that this man is simply wasting my time I myself disconnected the line when he suggested to lodge my complaint on consumer care website. I had got exhausted.I disconnected the line.I did not contacted them on 10th May 2011with the hope that my second service complaint number will take care of.
On 11th May @ 10.12PM I once again called toll free number spoke to one Vijay and narrated my story as usual he said he will transfer my call to retention department but he had put me on hold for nearly 25 mnts making me to listen to BBM (Bhooth Bunglow Music). I myself had to dis connect the line once again called the toll free number. LUCKILY the same Vijay came online. he apologized and transfered my call to one Mr Praveen (10.32PM) After narrating my story as usual finally he gave another service complaint number as[protected] saying the previous numbers are closed and promised that the channels will be resumed within 15mnts
Waited for nearly 25 mnts as the service was not resumed I called once again(To be lucky for the second time) the same Vijay came on line and transfered the call to Srinivas of retention department who convinced me that resuming channels is not in his hands and confirmed that the service complaint number[protected] is registered and case will be resolved soon (11.40PM). I got exhausted went to sleep.
On 12th May 2011- as I had some court work I could contact only at 11PM. One Ajit spoke ;said he will transfer the call made me to listen to BBM for nearly 50 mnts. Disconnected and called once again ;at 11.52 one Raj spoke;said he will transfer the call and put me on BBM;No response so disconnected and called once again one Suresh came online (12.03PM)he also put me on BBM and disappeared. Once again called and spoke Ayaz(12.14PM)He said seniors are not available asked me to call in the day time
On my smart card number[protected] I have Bronze + telugu which works out to 152 + 0 (as one regional channel is free) ; On my[protected] I have Bronze + sports special - 76 +55 =131 ; and on my
[protected] I have Bronze + Malayalam + sports special = 76 +33+55 =164 Total rental value for 30 days works out to 447/- which is 14.90 per day to be deducted. My recharge on 17th April was 425/- (as per the msg on tv screen I had to charge with 411/- which means I had a credit balance of 36/- as on that date (17th May). 425 +36 = 461 should have covered at least 31 days (as my daily deduction is 14.90). Why did you suspend my account on 19 th day. This is not the first time it has happened earlier also it happened like this You had deducted more than 400/- but you refunded only 278/-this wrong deduction amounts to stealing of my money. Now you tell me whether you are resolving my case properly or should I withdraw to avail your services?
