Receeived wrong bill for March 2008..on 20thApril
6 months of meeting, applications and request calls at various BSNL offices in Chandigarh and Panchkula cost me no less than 5000 rupees in fuel
costs of loss of office and business hours not counted
harassment not counted
repeated assurances by BSNL officers to no avail
Finally received corrected bill on 25th October and paid it
BSNL accepted error in sending bill after 6 months

BSNL/Broadband — Bill & Service
Dear Sir,I have been facing great trouble and bad service of BSNL Broadband/Telephone it was disconnected for approx 15 to 20 days due to problems in line and for 7 more days due to change in number and broadband code not only this, they change the fixed free call charges of 175 which was promise to us under five hundred Combo plane. After so many compaine to SDO and his assistant they just give fake promise to us.
We are not satisfied with last two bills including Broadband charges. Because of all these problems I have finally decided to get free from your service kindly disconnect my service.
