Dear Sir/ Madam, I have successfully comleted trainng programme for LIC agent and also qualified the written exam in the month Oct-2010 vide URN No. LIC[protected]. However, my license has not been released till date because some time back I got myself registered with Birla Sunlife vide URN No. BSLI[protected] but I have neither attended training programme nor appeared in written exam for Birla Sunlife.In this context, I approached Birla Sunlife for cancellation o[censored]RN issued to me by them but I have got no response. Keeping in view of above,you are requested to suggest me the options/ modalities so that my license for LIC agent can be released. Looking forward for your early response.
