[Resolved] Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund — SIP Stop Request given 2 times but not yet Stopped | |
Dear Team, As per mail below I am facing the problem with Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds. As I have given request for discontinue my SIP and received the letter (dated 18.05.09) from the Birla Sun life with conformation of the no deduction in future (as letter scan copy attached) but still the amount is debited in month of June09 and July09 also from account. When I raise the query to the company they have reverted that my banker has rejected the request (as mail below) but my banker (ICICI Bank) tele-Banking Officer is saying that we have not received any request and not rejected the same and they have no issue to stop that ECS. I sent a mail to Birla Sun life again regarding sending the rejection letter from Bank on 27.05.09 but till today I have not received any revert (on this topic) from them. Earlier also when I gave the request for redemption of amount, I gave request on 20.04.09 but received my payment on 30.06.09 (after 40 days of request) due to their mistake in system (wrong account no updated in their system). Pls help me out if you can in this matter as I am facing so much problem due to this. I am working with a Private Insurance co so I could not get time to go to the Consumer court but if the problem would not be sorted out within 2-3 days I have to take leave from my office and go to the court. I request to read below whole content.
Birla Mutual Fund given wrong Cheq. for redemption.
As chat with them, I had submitted Affidavit on a Rs.100 non judicial stamp paper, PAN CARD and School Leaving certificate to help & prove my correct name.After 2 month Continues follow up with Customer care no response from them & they committed that Customer care Services person call me still i have not got call.
Please do the needful.

birla sunlife — Problems in SIP termination and redemption
