[Resolved] Nokia — black spot on screen of nokia -6500

I am shivani, purchased my nokia-6500 slid, bearing IMEI no-[protected] on 08/06/08, suddenly some black concentrated spots appeared on its screen, some disappeared themselves bt one spot is on d screen since one month around. I am also having same problem with my Nokia 5310 xpressMusic. There are black lines and spots on the middle of the screen. Is that virus or my hardware problem?
