it has been the second time in 2 months time that my phone's software crashed. i am highly upset with cell c because they don't want to give me a new of lone phone for the time being. the service are pathetic my phone are only 8 month old and ever since i had it i had problems with it.
i want a new phone a.s.a.p please otherwise im going too put a complaint in the news paper.

BlackBerry 8520 — SOFTWARE PROBLEM
I have bought a Blackberry 8520 on Aug 20th 2010. Now When I go to call log,the last dialed no is seen but not that person's name. The last dialed no is merged with the next no. What can be done to rectify. Kindly help
