I purchased a Blackberry Curve 8520 Handset Last Year i.e October 2011. My Handset has had not been working properly since Nov 2011. I was suggested by Service Centre Executive(Service Centre: Office No. 201, second floor, Sagar Plaza, District Centre, Laxmi Nagar , New Delhi ) to sent the same to the company and i accordingly sent the same through them and got a new replaced handset as defect occured with in a warrenty period of one year....

I am using a blackberry curve 8520 which i purchased on 14th july 2011 ,since i purchased it from a dealer , the bill had entitled me to one year warranty ,, i was facing with a problem of stained display and so on june 21 ,i went to service centre at mumbai khar west ,with my bill copy . I was told that this is a hardware problem and was asked to submit handset along with photocopy of invoice , i was given a time of 7 to 8 working days...

it has been the second time in 2 months time that my phone's software crashed. i am highly upset with cell c because they don't want to give me a new of lone phone for the time being. the service are pathetic my phone are only 8 month old and ever since i had it i had problems with it.

i have blackberry curve 8520 & taken a plan of 399. It got activated on 1st Oct'10 & renewed on 1st nov'10, the amount has been deducted.
But the internet services is not working since 1st Nov, I have already longed a complaint n number of times on [protected] but till now it has not been solved, its being 15 days today still its not working.
Kindly look over it & solve this out asap otherwise...

Both Airtel which is my service provider and Blackberry itself are being of no help whatsoever.
