I am using a blackberry curve 8520 which i purchased on 14th july 2011 ,since i purchased it from a dealer , the bill had entitled me to one year warranty ,, i was facing with a problem of stained display and so on june 21 ,i went to service centre at mumbai khar west ,with my bill copy . I was told that this is a hardware problem and was asked to submit handset along with photocopy of invoice , i was given a time of 7 to 8 working days after which my problem would be fixed , as advised by the attendant at mumbai service centre. But , on july 2nd , i received a mail from reddington saying that my handset fault does not meet the warranty criteria , without stating any criteria . I then replied to this mail asking them to clarify in detail that why my handset does not meet the criteria. but there was no reply from their side. i also resent these mails two more times hoping that it would bring it to the attention of the authorities. but ,to my disappointment , the mails went unanswered.
