This is to highlight my experience with Blackberry, which has totally shaken my faith in a brand like Blackberry !!
I purchased a handset, Model no 9300 Curve from Noida Sector 18 on May 2012.
since day one, I am experiencing problems with the set and the same has been to your care center located at lajpat nagar & Noida for a number of times !! All I got was RM 01480136 number but the job was never done by you.

I have submitted my mobile to blackberry center Lajpat nagar on july 2012, Aug 2012 and so on the handset is not in a satisfactory condition its almost 5 month i am not able to use my handset. Its really a critical situation for me. and your team is playing with customer satisfaction.
After 20 day of my submission i received a call from your executive that your phone is repaired and kindly come and collect your phone, but when i reach there the problem it still the same. One more thing i want to highlight whenever i called your customer care your executive told me that your phone is sent to banglore for repairing. in last 8 month of my purchase i dint even use my handset for 2 month what a great dissatisfaction you are giving to your customer. If the hardware / Software is not upto the mark than please return my money back.
I really feel that your services is like hell and also you are playing with customer satisfaction.
I really feel cheated with the handset / services with customer care.
I need an explanation from you for each and every point i mentioned above.
Till Date my mobile is in your Noida centre my RM no is 01480136. kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION IMMEDIATELY
I have sent mail regarding the same issue various time but not even single response from there side, I really feel cheated.
