[Resolved]  Vodafone — blackberry/vmc

i am using 8900 just bought it 2 months back and already the metalic part on the side is fading(the nikle part)

Sir, presently i am usser of blackberry model no 8700V but there is a problem of storage data so i want to purchases new one and have selected your company model no 9000 bold but its very surprising that after 15 days elasped your vodafone allahabad is not able to provide me set or the expected delevery date .

Time is so compatative and customer is ready to purchases set of your company but to are not able to provide me .

hope to will maintain the value of blackberry and do needful done at your end

I have purchase a Blackberry Gold with Vodafone .

On first day itself it shows no services . I have given it to Vodafone panvel ( Navi Mumbai) & still i dont know what is problem with the phone.

I am trying to call them but nobody is helping.

oflate the service levels have gone to ... not interested in giving any care for the customer.
probably except the ads nothing is ok with vodafone. we are stuck because of the number
