I had sent a packet from your Nizamuddin office to Mumbai POD#[protected] on 14 May'2010 but till date the packet is not yet delivered.

I have been repeatedly following up with your Nizamuddin office and customer care id but not getting any response. Since past 2 months they have stopped taking my calls and not even reverting on emails.
