Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Delay in delivery and no proper reply

dear sir

we are having our office at rajouri garden. all our couriers were being sent through your agent sitting at ramesh nagar

the courier was sent containing Rs 100/- our person was neither told nor the receipt consist of any such information. it is also mentioned that your liablity is limited to upto Rs 100. when our person went their to claim the amount . the person misbehaved like anything . the other day whn our person went for another courier the person refused to accept the same.
the facility available is unbelievable. and the person sitting there has no moral values.
i hope u ll will take a quick action as soon as possible

Hats off to Blazeflash for the callousness they show to their customers. One parcel was booked ex Patna on 5th of July. It reached Bangalore on 7th of July. It is 10th and parcel is yet to be delivered inspite of various assurances. I am fed up of talking to different people in the company right from Patna to Bangalore. Even a telephonic request to their Managing Director at Delhi has not worked.

This courier is providing a world class service and seems to be ISO 10001 certified. Please do use the services of this courier company to have a lesson of your life.

We are a corporate group with many sister concerns all over India and abroad and been delievering our couriers through blazefalsh but many a times the parcels & letters been delayed.There is an important courier sent on sep 01, 2008 from shimla to bangalore which we are trying to place but nobody is concerned at your bangalore office sumtimes they say the address is wrong ; your staff hang the phone for quite a long time and than there is no appropriate ans as well regarding the quarry.This is really annoying and perhaps we are discontinuing our services with blaze flash couriers.

Hope this complaint gets to the concerned person.

Blazeflash Couriers — Non delievery and no proper reply

My father had sent a small packet for me at PUNE from Patna through Blazeflash couriers on 26th may 2008 which was very urgent. It has still not been delievered on 29th may 2008.Umpteen no. of calls have been made but their PUNE office does not give any proper reply also. they are so merciless that they donot have any consideration for customer's urgency or their service delay at all. They are behaving like a cheap, lowsy, road side romio type courier company.

Material against C/N[protected] dt 5.3.09 from Kolklata to Delhi not yet delivered. Kolkata contact point not responding.

The courier was sent dated on 19.03.09 Delhi to Anpara, sonebhadra (U.P).receipt no. was[protected] The problem is that I gave ur agent way bill o[censored].p 1 nos. courier was sent on the time but the way bill o[censored].P. ur head office has given half way bill i want a second half copy of way bill U.P .

Blaze Flash Courier — Book Delay No proper response

Sir,

I have ordered for qtp book from delhi and made purchase through online on last sunday. They send me mail that it will be delivered to me from the next days after payment has been done. It's nearly one week gone till today as i didn't anything from this courier service. When i called through phone also there was no proper reply so far. i have never seen such a worst courier service in my life. As they never take care about the customers.
