Dear Team,I had booker a courier packet which includes my MBA Marksheet(Original) for the below mentioned address wide POD No.[protected] on dated[protected],but till date this courier has not been delivered.Kindly track the same and revert on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com on urgent basis as the courier containe my original MBA certificate.

misplace of courierI,Sachin sharma of Mumbai have sent Mahindra&Mahindra Ltd. through your company (Farm Equipment Sector Akruli Road Kandivali East) on[protected]Consignment No:[protected].After 16-17 Days ,when i get no response from company(Mahindra&Mahindra Mumbai)), have went your both offices but I haven’t received any satisfactory answers to search my courier .ae said that they destroyer unclaimed couriers after 16-17 Days.even your head branch workforce is very lazy.Now I have decided to approach to court .
Personally I would like to say that your courier service is very bad.

Blazeflash — Courier Lost
Hi,This is in reference to my courier details below -

Dated: 6/10/2009
Send To: Jawalapur, Haridwar
was lost in the month of Oct'09. Since then I have been following this case either with Sachin Saxena (Branch Manager) - Vaishali - Ghaziabad or with Leena Roy (DGM). but of no results every now and then they asked me to wait, as this takes time, its been 6 months now I don't know how much time does it take to compensate the own mistake which is accepted by Sachin.
I have lost all the hopes of getting this amount back even after providing all the artifacts & documents. I have forwarded my application to Ms. Leena which was lost in transit c note no[protected] and was requiered to submit it again to Vaishali office.
Last communication received from Blazeflash was on 22-12-09 asking to submit relevent documents which was submitted by me thereafter no communication. Today I went to meet Mr Sachin (25th time since the courier was lost) and he said he went to Delhi office today to enquire the status however the relevent lady was not in today.
Please suggest. Is it what we call customer service and this is how you will achieve your mission.
