Courier not delivered

Dear Sir / Ma'm

This is in ref to subject matter that myself sent a blazeflash courier from Indirapuram - Ghaziabad (UP) addressed to Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning , 1065 B , Gokhale Cross Road , PUNE (Maharashtra) on dated 7 Oct'2010 with docket no. 115502392. It contained a demand draft of Rs 7500 & important documents which were to reach by 13th october'2010. I registered the complaint on your customer care on 13th Oct'2010 who were supposed to revert by same day evening but nobody responded. The complaint no. is N850. On the net tracking it is showing Manifest No. AAH_DEL/071010/1/OTC/D/864 It shows that same has been forwaded by Vaishali to Asaf Ali Hub.
all your customer care lines are either busy or they never pick the phone. I am really disturbed by you people. You are torchring me like anything.
I am facing a huge loss as my documents are delayed & will be charged a late fee. Kindly find out my courier & deliver at the addressed destination at the earliest. You are requested to pay the late fee of Rs. 1000 to me in case you find it else Rs. 8500 [Rs.7500 (Demand Draft) + Rs. 1000 ( late fee)].

Please revert back at the earliest & resolve the issue.

Blazeflash - Ludhiana, Punjab, India

Hi,
I have booked a courier (Note no: 119676211) from Delhi to Ropar on 5th Mar' 2010 and never received the same.There is no response from customer care on emails I have sent. And even worst no one picks up the phones at customer care.
Please see if the complaint can be forwarded to right place in Blazeflash and I can be compensated or atleast if my package can be returned.

My courier was booked on 11th April 2011 from Vaishali (Ghaziabad) through Blazefalsh Couriers under their CN No.209081265 but till date they consignment has not reach the Destination. I contacted their Local Ludhiana office to get update on my courier and been informed by them the courier has not been frowarded by their ASIF ALI HUB (New Delhi). Then i get in touch with their ASIF ALI HUB to know why they are not forwarding my courier and again beem informed them that they are unable to trace my courier.

The courier contains my original educational certificate and now my job are on stake just becouse of their careless handling coz i have to show the documents to my HR.

Therefore I request you to please help me on getting my courier and do not use services of such unprofesional courier company.

Blazeflash - Ludhiana, Punjab, India

We have booked one consignment from Our Karvy - Ludhiana Office to Our HO -
Hyderabad vide consignment No 194304517 through Blaze flash courier agency
containing 103 Pan applications and 19 CRA applications ,on 02.12.2011 but
the same has not been delivered by your company to destination till today
,as No status is available on site , We have continuous following up with
your Ludhiana office but they are fail to provide any reply on same and not
supporting us and not able to provide any status on same to us .

Please treat this matter as Grievances and resolve the same on most urgent
basis .
