We have purchased a blue star AC from Harrie Marketing Navyug market ghaziabad U.P.on [protected] vide invoice no.606. From the starting AC was causing problem, despite of several complaints harrie marketing responded after around 2 weeks and told us to replace concactor from the AC when we asked them to replace they again took around 3-4 weeks to replace it after several calls to them...Now about 3 months back AC was again causing problem of throwing ice .After making 12-15 reminder to harrie marketing they turned up and told us to relace some card in the AC it has been around 1 month they are making us fool by commiting 1-2 days more time to rectify it..We are into turnkey interior projects and we have installed this AC at one of our site at Noida Company named Ansaldo Signals who are our valuable client since 4 years and we have done almost 1 crore of business with them now due to negligence on the harrie marketing part we are facing hardship and already lost business of around 24 lacs from the same company.We request you to kindly look into this matter and rectify the problem as sson as possible and take a strict action against Harrie marketing as we are filing a suit against Harrie marketing and your company into consumer forum you will be liable for further cosequences...
