[Resolved] BMTC, Bangalore — Extra ticket charges by BMTC

Hi, I observed several times in BMTC buses, they are collecting extra money from the passengers and issue the ticket. Suppose, if the ticket charge is Rs.10, some conductors are asking for RS.11 or Rs.12 . As my last experience:- Usually, I am paying Rs.5 from ‘bansankari’ bus station to ‘devagoude petrol pump’. But, conductor collected Rs.7 from me at two different times. Since, they are issuing tickets, I don't know what benefit they are getting?? It is not allowable to cheat/misuse the passengers even for Re.50. And also, behaviors of conductors to the passengers are too irrelative. There is no helping mentality to the passengers. Sir,

I have left my cover containing some important cover
in the A/C bus travelling. I boarded from Marthahall bridge
stop between 2:15 to 2:30pm on 12.11.2008. The conductor is a lady and there were only two passengers when i boarded
and got down in HAL stop.

Pls let me know the phone no./whereabout about
my cover.( a plasti carry bag).

Pls take action and help me trace my cover. I will be very grateful to u.

SIR, WHY NOT A RUN A BMTC BUS TO MALUR KIADB INDUSTRIAL AREA. FROM TIN FACTORY VIA DOMMASANDRA CROSS, MARASANDRA. OTHERWISE PLEASE EXTEND THE MARASANDRA BUS UPTO MALUR INDUSTRIAL AREA.

Hi,

Excessive bus fare charged from Bomanahalli to Konappa Agarhara. I was charged 20Rs (which is otherwise Rs 15) and the driver said it has always been the same. The bus number is 356N around 12:10:31 ticket number 00144983 dated 08/09/09 (today). I told hime but he insisted that the fare is such.

Please take action on driver and conducter immediately.

Hi,

I wanted to bring to notice that the conductor of the bus 500C charges extra fare always. He pretends that he didnt hear the stop very well & then he over charges.

This happened once to me and once more in front of me to some other passenger.

Kindly take necessary action.
