[Resolved]  BONANZA Broking — Not Transfer My money

My wife have a trading Account in Bonanza (Kanpur Mall Road , Mega Mall), Because of my financial need i sell my shares of cost 15,600 date 09 august 2010 and i told him to prepare my check he told me the balance of 15,600 but the bonanza make my check only six thousand that i receive after a week when i told him whats the reason he told that within 3 days you got your rest amount but today is 2 September but i not get any amount he told me that your check goes on some other branch , on 31 august i sell my rest shares of cost rs approx 11,000. Mr. Amit Deoal, who is manager and concern person of the branch not answer my call and some time miss-behave with me , i got the job in mumbai so i am here and unable to go his office, they also not provide details and delivery report of my trades , Please take a strict action to that organization , yesterday i also complained to SEBI and waiting for response from them
