[Resolved]  Book My Show — A - Category movie no warning

I have booked tickets for the Movie Simha (A). One of the tickets was for my son (10 years old).

Just before entering into the theatre, they didn't allow saying that children are not allowed for this category of movie. And they are not responsible for refunding tickets.

Importantly, there was no warning regarding this while booking the tickets with www.bookmyshow.com.

It was very unconfortable when we faced this issue. Ticket booking details are bellow.
