I have booked movie tickets through the online portal www.bookmyshow.com, to my surprise the transaction, was failure and asked me to try again, i tried again and it was a failure again, so i dropped the idea of booking the tickets further. I was completely surprised and shocked to see that my bank account was charged for the cancelled transaction, it is common in online transactions, I thought the money will be automatically credited back to my bank account, even after a week it was not credited, i contacted the customer care of bookmyshow.com and they asked me to send an email with the details. I did as directed by the customer care person. It has been almost 2 months and i have not received the refund money till date.
Note: I have attached the last 2 months bank statement for your reference.
