I have purchased a bpl front load washing machine and it has problem while running it makes sounds loudly and vibrates heavily... I have contacted customer care multiple times but they are not taking necessary action towards the issue everytime they wait for 48 hours our technician came and resolve your issue. Dear sir, i purchased BPL 6.5kg Fully automatic washing machine on 13.10.2018, Company provided 3 year warranty, so now it is in company warranty period. From the past 2 years It was working good suddenly it is not working at march-2020, If we switched on the machine it shows " Error 14". Because of lock down imposed by our government i am unable to lodge a complaint, but after lodging complaint it is more than 2months our issue has not been rectified. i purchased it by seeing the Reputed brand BPL, unfortunately it is getting abnormal delay.i am once again requesting you to sort out the immediately.

I ordered a bpl automatic washing machine on 15 august which was delivered, 3 days back when it was not working properly i tried to contact customer care which doesnt respond and most of the time doesnt pick up called which have caused me mental harassment as i am a doctor and i have busy schedule, customer care no mentioned on internet and service book doesnt respond to call.

I have complained to customer care of bpl company regarding my washing machine model no bfatl72f1, grey, 7.2 kg, fully automatic, top loading on dated 01/12/2019. My complaint no is r19120150l19640 and call attended by renuka.
2nd complain was on dated 05/12/2019 but there is no response till today.
Sorry to say there is very bad experience with bpl and very cheap service. Kindly attend my complaint and take necessary action.

I have purchased bpl washington g machine. The washing machine provided to me was defective form the beginning. Within 10 days of purchase, the plastic pipe was leaking. On customer care they sought a sum of rs. 650 to replace the pipe despite of the fact that i was under warranty period of 1 year. The product was defective from the beginning. That is the complaint.

I purchased bpl 6.5 kg fully automatic front load washing machine washing machine order no. R181115hyd01349 online on amazon shopping on dt.[protected]. The warranty is not completed. The washing machine not draining water and spinning. I have complained customer care service [protected] on dt.[protected]. But till date the bpl technician not came to my house to check the problem. I have called customer care somany times. They said, technician come tomorrow. But till date the technician not visited.

Both the motor is not working... I complained a month ago the soultion has not been done yet... I called bpl multiple times bt every time they gives excuses.. Everyday bpl
Speaks to me that the motor has dispatched.. But they didn't do anything.. I want solution... Please replace my washing machine or fix my motor.. I'm working woman so i don't have time... I want an instant action... I hope the consumer forum will listen to my request and will do something...

I have one BPL BS-40 washing machine. It has two problems.

1. Water is getting continuously drained washing mode
2. Drain hose is leaking.

I want to get above problems rectified and also get general servicing of my machine done.

I'VE GOT ONE BPL SEMI AUTO WASHING MACHINE. THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM OBSERVED THAT WAS WHENEVER WE SWITCHED ON THERE USED TO BE A SHORT CIRCUIT IN THE ELECTRICITY PLUG. WE GOT THIS CHECKED AT THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE IN THE NAME O[censored]LTRA CARE, 89, DHULESHWAR GARDEN,C-SCHEME, JAIPUR. THEY TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE SPIN MOTOR. I GOT THIS REPLACED ON 4TH JULY,2010 WITH ANOTHER WORK TOTALING TO RS. 1485. Surprisingly MACHINE COULD NOT RAN PROPERLY EVEN IN THE NEXT USE. WE INFORMED THE SERVICE CENTRE. THEY CONFIRMED SEVERAL TIME THAT SOMEBODY WILL ATTEND THIS. AFTER A FOLLOW UP FOR 5 TIMES SOMEBODY CAME & SAW THE PROBLEM & RETURNED BACK SAYING THEY WILL GET THE MOTOR REPLACED. TILL THEN NOBODY HAS REVERTED YET. TODAY IS THE 15TH DAY WHEN WE GOT OUR MACHINE SERVICED & UNFORTUNATELY WE COULDN'T USE THE MACHINE.; PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL. FROM MAHESH SANKHLA MOB NO[protected]

Sir/Madam,
My name is Mathew. I am from Kottayam,Kerala.I have a BPL washing machine (model-ABS 50F).
It had a complaint and I reported it to your service centre at kottayam ( BPL SERVICE, C.B Panickers complex, T.B Road, Kottayam) on last februvary.
After two weeks, one service Enginner (Sunu) came and he inspected the machine.He told some parts of the machine have to be replaced and I should bring the machine to their service centre at kottayam which is 27 km away from my house.And according to the service centres instruction on April I brought the machine to their office. The same service Engineer came and he replaced a part, resembles gear box and a P.C board.The replaced board was an old and used one from another machine.

The bill costs Rs 4387/-. Rs 2700/- for gear box and Rs 1000/- for board.and rest are tax and service charge.( Bill no-1946,dt 6/04/09).and Rs 500/- as transportation cost.

After one week of satisfactory performance the machine fails again and i reported to the service centre. After 1 week the same service Engineer came and he took away the P. C board telling that it is to be repaired.He informed that the part should sent to cochin office for reparing.

But he never came again and i enquered at the service centre and they are saying that ,it should take two weeks more time.When i contacted the service Engineer he said that he was helpless and told me to make enquiry at the service centre.But service centre people are neglecting my complaint, and they informed they had sent the part to cochin and it didn't returned.

Now this is November and last 8 -10 months we struggled our life without the washing machine. I am very sorry to say that we are very much disappointed and your service is very poor and not satisfactory at all and I even lose faith in BPL products.
Even though i am not interested to move towards Customer court, but the situations are forcing me to do that.

Hope you will understand our feeling and do the necessary actions to solve my complaint as early as possible.

I had replaced a new spin motor in the month of february this year.4 months i was not in town and its been almost 4 weeks since my spin motor has got spoilt and i have complained regarding it .Its been more than three weeks since i have complained but they fail to response.Iwas told to again put a new motor i did comply still they are not attending.What is the guaurntee,if it gets spoiled again within few months

I have a BPL Washing Machine for which i took an AMC dated 31/12/08 from PRISMATIC SERVICE NETWORK (391,Sant Nagar,East of Kailash, Ph:[protected]/75/) for a period of 1 year at the cost of Rs.1444/-. Recently I had lodged a complaint for my machine which was rectified and a new part (MeT Assembly) was replaced with the old one.But within some days ,again the same problem occured. On complaining again, an engineer was sent but the engineer went back saying that the concerned part was not available with him.He promised to replace the part in the next week but it was not so. It's been more than a month since then but no one has either called or come to replace the part. On calling either nobody picks up the phone or they give silly excuses.ON 25th September'09 ,I called to ask when the part would be changed and it was promised that it would be replaced latest by the 29th September'09.But until now it has not been replaced .I am facing extreme difficulties in washing my clothes.Sometimes i have to give my clothes at the laundry as the machine does not work.This is quite expensive for me.It is my humble request that the problem is rectified soon.

I made complaint to your BPL Service Franchisee. KEECHERY ENGINEERING COMPANY, Anna Nagar, Chennai. 600040.first week of July, 2009. Immediately the Technician came and inform the spare parts to be changed and the will come from Bangalore. Fifteen days the spare parts came from Bangalore they said. But Till date the Technician did not turn back to attend the repair. Daily we phoned to the Keechery Engineering Co., and they said today the technician will attend. We the senior citizen in our house. Last ten days none to attend. Therefore I would inform if they are not in a position to attend let him tell frankly. We may do with some other Local persons. Without the washing machine for the past 36 days we are much suffering. IS IT THE WAY OF TREATING YOUR SERVICE FRANCHISEE TO THE PUBLIC. Why we prefer the BPL. Because of the good quality and proper service. If they are not able to attend can I take with a trip to Bangalore along with this machine. Let us reply atleast from you side. We got a BPL Washing Machine & Model No.BS-40 two day back the power cord wire was short ciructted and it wired are burned stage, the complete power cord should be changed still that time the machine is not functioning now. Also one more thing that in Spinner will spinning it will make a lot of noise it also be recetified.

Kindly let us the status at the earliest. Awaiting for your reply.
