Dear Sir,
I have a Flat in BPTP princess park . I bought this Flat in resale last year . As per the Flat buyer Agreement there No PLC since Flat is on roadside and High Tension line is next to my building .
Now company has send me letter of possession and in which they have charged me PLC . I went to their office and discussed the same . I showed them the Flat buyer Agreement . I met there with Bhavan Puri ( VP - Customer Care ) , Pranay Chowdhaury and Mr. Vinod .
In last 15 days , i have visited their office 5 times but every time same revert that we are working on the case and will revert to ASAP . as per them layout change is there . I asked them for Layout plan but they have the old one only , which govt. had approved 5 years back .
No one has courtesy to revert back on mail and also they have no answers . Payment due is already crossed i.e 11 July but till date they dont have answer .
They are forcing me to pay the PLC charges since without that they wont process registration process.
I put below concerns in front of Bhavna Puri ;
1. Project was started in 2006 and as per the Agreement they have to handover the place with in 36 months but they are giving possession in 2012 . what about the delay charged @ 5 Rs per Sq./ft per month .
2. Wrongly PLC charged even in Flat buyer agreement there is no PLC . No answer till date ?
3. in 2006 the area allotted was 1289 sq. ft and then increased to 1305 sq. ft. and now finally 1369 sq. ft. .
How builder can increase area 2 times ?
4. No one has the answer that why PLC is charged ?
Now i need your support to get the things resolved .
