[Resolved] Brandsvillage.com — Wrong Items Delivered | |||
This is a complaint for my order[protected]. I have ordered two t-shirts from Brandsvillage.com website. They shipped it on the 23rd of July and I received the shipment on 27th of July. But once I opened the package I saw the T-shirts I bought did not have the same design prints and colour which I ordered. I contacted the customer care service on 27th July to let them know of the mistake and sent them photos of the items the shipped and those I ordered. The person told me someone is going to get in contact with me the same day but such never happened. I want a refund of my money and want to take actions for such fraudulent companies which takes customers for granted. There is a 10 days delay for refund starting from the day of the shipment and if they do not give any response to my pledge, then this delay is going to be expired and as such these people will tell me they cannot accept a refund. Such companies should have existed at first. Below you will find the products the shipped and those I actually ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||
