The dealing of the person of the chennai head office of brilliant tutorials on phone is not at all polite. When I had a talk to the person on the phone to inquire about a course provided by the Brilliant tutorials in the Chennai head office the person who so ever it was was rude and did not at all know how to deal with people at all.
