Dear Sir/Madam,
I am ABNAMRO credit card holds from yar 2006. I used credit card only for Domestic/imergency use only, As for grossory purchase cloths on festival/occations and petrol only. I am salareid person todays expenses are very heavy that we can not meet hence we paid minimum amount due only gainst which we have to pay heavy interest on remaining balance. During my relationwith ABNAMRO from last four year inoticed that mant times bak unnessary debit out account with late fees Rs.650.00 and on that month they not send monthly statment next month that late fees accoumalated in due amount. If this unnessary debit noticed to me and i contact to bank the reversed on next month but they not reverse. This type of mentally one of internationalbank to earn from small customer is not fair.
On 25.11.2008 I was made a cash payment to bank thier DSA sai financial nagpur vide their receipt no. 49202. and from dec.08 bank stop send monthly statement to me. I worked mannualy a pay minimum amount to bank every month. I got one sms from bank for overdue payment of Rs.14750.00 immediate. I strick when i pay regulary to bank and as per oustanding minimum amount due every month in 5000 to 6000 range than how it comes to 14750.00. I immediat contatct over phone for detail. than bank siad that for nov.08 Rs.6000.00 they not reciived. From jan.09 to april09 i regularly correspondence with bank regarding credit of Rs.6000.00. but bank not credit still my account but gainst than everymonth latepayment Rs.650 debit from nov.08 to till this month tomy.account.
This is also surprise to kind your noticed that form jan.09 to till date I got telephone calls from bank recovery agents from morning 6 am to overnight 11pm. daily. I totally fadeup. I am patient of hyper tention and my BP every days in Range 110-170. ny time possible for collapse of life.The bank stand me in this sitution i take step for suicide also. What is my crime, Why bank harrash me from last six month. Why not credit tomy account and reverse of late payment. why they debit late payment to our account and stop send statement.
after end i complain to Reserve bank . But still today i am not getting crdit of rs.6000.00 and reverse of late payment.
I claim on bank 20000.00 compainsation for mentahaarshment also.
kindly consider my complain and display in reputed media and print media so that in future bank willnot do this type of mentallety for gaining profit from other customer.

Recently I received a copy of a Certificate of Award as varification that I have won the Canadian Mobile Lottery, the reference number being CLMD-081511.
I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to have some-one from the Bank confirm that this information is correct as I have been referred to Financial Services Authority to have the money transfered, however when I request confirmation on a letterhead, no-one seems to know what I am talking about. Dr. Williams Johnson has demanded that an amount of 400 USD$ be paid in order for me to obtain a Release Fund Order Certificate.
I have now been advised by Barclays Bank UK that I have 14 days to claim my prize failing which I will forfeit.
All I'm asking is for someone from Barclays Bank UK to confirm that this is real and to advise me thereafter what I need to do to either open an account with your Bank alternatively to have the money transferred to South Africa. We don't have a Barlclays Bank in South Africa however we have been advised the ABSA Bank has been bought over by Barclays Bank.
Could you varify any of the above.
