[Resolved]  BSA — Complaint against BSA WORKOUTs regarding treadmill

We have bought BSA Adler T2000 Motorised Treadmill on the name of Mr. Deepak Singal from Rohini sector-8 Store, New Delhi whose bill no. is RTCS620NOI1110006 on 24/03/2011. After 9 month in jan 2012 it is not working properly. We filed many complaints in BSA’s rohini centre/noida call center and finally after 5-6 month (18/07/2012) one technician Amar ([protected]) came opened one circuit part and said its exchanged with new one. It has been more than two month and they are just ignoring it. We contacted Mr. Vikram ([protected]), BSA complaint in charge and noida customer care ([protected]) many times but he doesn’t want to help us. He promised us to replace that part in 2 to 3 days but nothing is done. Secondly, we also contacted them for the servicing of the machine but there is no response from their side. We call them habitually but they are not accepting our phone call.

great. I was going to buy a bsa workouts cross trainer, but now I wont.
No where i am able to find main card of said model. If company official will help to resolve issue.
