I am a Senior citizen, Retired as ADDL Medical Superintendent DR R M L HOSPITAL, New Delhi, Inspite of repeated correspondence and personal visit to the office of B.S.E.S I AM GETTING INCORRET bill since last two and a half year and ultimately it was disconnected by labelling as exagerated amount pending, which was false ..Even after disconnection they are sending the bill as actual bill amount without noting the reading. It is difficult for an old lady to run from pillar to post to get her bill corrected.
B.S.E.S should pay compensation of Harrassment by the commercial officer Mr P k Sharma,

i am student we have 3 phase meter in the name of Shammi Kapoor. BSES generate a bill of rs 140780 for 7 months in 2007 power dis connected from pole due to non payment i am ready to pay the consumed energy charges but they get acknowledge that customer is ready to pay the whole amount . but why should i pay the unused amount i request them but no one is ready to lishen me i am running to reduce this amount since Jan 2009 but no one is ready to help me out.i don't want anything from bses just correct my bill as soon as possible. when i visit to commercial officer mrs sarita singh she said please meet some one in billing staff when i visit in billing room mrs anita said please meet commercial officer.
please help me out
