I, the undersigned, wish to inform you that I have been allotted a Flat (No. 526) under Delhi Development Authority (DDA). In view of the same, I have applied for a Electricity Connection for my residence at Flat No 526, Fourth Floor, Cat LIG, situated at Kondli Gharoli, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Delhi-110096 for long time back i.e. on 15thSeptember’2012 (Acknowledgement No. 8000654872).
Further I wish to inform you that I am following up with various officials of Customer-Care i.e. Ms. Nidhi, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Neeraj, Mr. Sanjeev and many more on regularly basis. Further I have also registered many complaints through e-mails to Customer-care however the reply is same in each & every complaint that “we will endeavor to respond within 3 working days” but their 3 working days will never end.
