[Resolved]  BSES Rajdhani — Power Cut

pls note down my complaint related with power cut of our area fm. 1.00 am dated -31-5-09 . we are facing many problems like water, hot summer night difficult to sleep small kida and aswell as adults address of my locality is as follows:-

When we tried to complaint at[protected], but no one answered our call.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and make the arrangement complaint through SMS also. if already available please inform me. The area Engineer's Phone always switch off/not reachable. Grid at Batra Hospital giving the answer instead the Complaint Centre/Area Engineer sometimes.

Please look in to the matter and do the needful.

I am leaving at Vishwakarma colony m.b road near parladpur and without any information loadsheding is started regurarly. when i inquire from the grid they said that there is no load sheding. I only want to know why and how without any infromation from the competent authority of yours responsible staffs are switching off and on. Secondly elecricity bills pertaining to me is not droped in my letter box placed properly near the gate instead it is either thrown in front of the gate or handing over anyperson in the colonly. Several complaints have been made to the authority but no action.

I would requst the authority to kindly look into the matter if the staff are distributing our connection to someone else for pretty gains or not.

We are tried to complaint of the same at[protected], but no one answered our call.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and at least stop power cuts in the night for such a long ours. and it was the problem only block A. it was doing regular.

I am Ravi Sharma from west delhi, and I would like to bring this to your notice that BSES is now not able to serve customers. The helpline number[protected] are not structured with educated staff.. pathetic services is now getting provided to the customers.
all time break downs, power failure, transformer burning... it seems all duplicate material/parts BSES is using in there machines!
all money is going into their pockets..
I Would encourage BSES to remove their setup and ask NDPL to serve now..

is this site is correct place to give feedback..is anybody from BSES is checking on this regularly..or its just a time paas???
if this is a time pass, then do hell with this.. if yes, please revert over this so that I can supply my number to discuss this further!
